May 26, 2021 San Jose, CA Shooter Samuel Cassidy. While detained in 2016, he told officials of his angry background. He killed 8 at the San Jose railway shooting. (PBS Newshour, May 27, 2021) His suicide is the same MO of the jihad killings in the Middle East, the same as most mass shootings in the U.S. It is critical that the shooter dies to shut down the trail of evidence to Gov'mt operatives. Americans must demand audits of FBI & Dept of Justice transactions, and others.
Frivolous Indictment Filed on Cobble

On Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, Cobble appeared in Franklin County Circuit
Court to receive the indictment against him (arraignment). Below, please
see how the indictment against him is obviously frivolous. (Open as PDF file.)

There is no cause-of-action stated in the indictment; no allegation of a
criminal act committed.

He was arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff deputies, held in the
Louisville Metro Jail for three days, and then driven to the Franklin County
Jail in Frankfort, KY. He was released several hours later -- Sat. at 1 a.m.,
Feb. 4. He received the indictment for arraignment in the Franklin Co.
Circuit Court on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012.

As stated on other webpages, Cobble is being railroaded, because he has
identified and showed proof of insurance fraud within the Kentucky Dept.
of Insurance conspiring with the Louisville Transportation Co. As shown
in his Feb. 13, 2012-filed Criminal Complaint, many accident victims,
including Cobble, are being injured by this fraud and conspiracy.
