INTRODUCTION: As voters, most of us have been subjected to cheating in one form or another. These include various forms of ballot harvesting, media bias, electronic voting machines - EVMs (for vote switching), mail-in ballots (for vote switching), ETC. Below, Candidate Daniel Cobble is calling for a FCC Broadcast the Candidates Order (BCO), that will diminish much of this cheating to "put a serious dent" into today's dark democracy. Dark democracy is when corrupt officials, such as those in Kentucky gov'mt, work to keep voters un-informed about the candidates so only "preferred candidates" get elected.

       A national FCC BCO will require all local broadcasters to broadcast all registered candidates, at least three times, to educate voters on the candidates for Election Day.

       The other way to end cheating is returning to the traditional "neighborhood voting precincts" (NVPs)  as mandated by most States' Constitutions. NVPs make cheating difficult by "decentralizing voting." Cobble is pushing for Kentucky to enforce Section 148 of the Kentucky Constitition requiring all precinct officers to operate (count the votes) the precincts of the neighborhoods where they reside. This ingenious, old practice removes the conflicts-of-interest of having county and State officers to count the votes. For example, countywide voting precincts in Kentucky violate Section 148.

       People know the system is rigged, but Cobble's work shows how it is rigged. By knowing how we can permanently repair voting. However, repairing voting will require removing some elected officials from office by serving liens against their indemnity bonds.
