        Filed Oct. 10, 2016

This is my insurance agency in Louisville, Kentucky.

These frivolous, bull-shit motions is why your support is needed to pressure Judge Sandra McLaughlin. See my response below, on why these "types of motions" are unconstiutional. They violate the 1st & 7th Amendments.

See how Gov'mt takes your taxes to act against you.

Received by me (Mr. Cobble) on Nov. 11, 2016

My response is plainly written, though you may not be familiar with some of the legal terms.

        Filed Nov. 19, 2016

Judge McLaughlin is delaying this case from her refusal to face the issues in the People's favor.

I remind the Judge that Attorney General Andy Beshear is improperly arguing against the People of Kentucky. – That is why we need your support by mailing in the Petition below, to pressure Judge McLaughlin. And please share with others.

Jefferson County Circuit Judge Sandra L. McLaughlin 's May 5, 2017 dismissal order is improper. She says she has no jurisdiction, but while attempting to dismiss the case and Attorney Gen. Beshear's Nov. 7, 2016 motion with prejudice. If she has no jurisdiction, then she cannot legally dismiss the case, but must transfer it to the proper court of jurisdiction.

Cobble's Motion for Reconsideration. The Court's order is in error and violates Cobble right to due process.

         Filed May 17, 2017

Attorney Gen. Beshear's Response to Cobble's Motion for Reconsideration is untruthful, improper and unlawful.

Filed June 12, 2017 (many days late)

The Reply identifies how Judge McLaughlin and Attorney Gen. Beashear are committing fraud and complicity to extortion if they dismiss this case on false pretenses. Insurance is not property, and therefore cannot be taxed.
