Request for Grand Jury Investigation; Bi-Letter to Governor & KY Supreme Court

On Thursday, March 20, '08, I sent this second, original, certified bi-letters to Gov. Steve Beshear and Justice Will T. Scott (deputy chief of KY Supreme Court), requesting a grand jury investigation into how my county and state cases are being violated by the courts and the KY Attorneys General's office (AG).

This matter was induced by the three unlawful correspondences, marked-up and posted directly below, from the KY Court of Appeals (ATTACHMENT #4), AG (ATTACHMENT #7), and the representing attorney for Stock Yards Bank (Case 07-C-014200) (ATTACHMENT #6).

Of course this situation is linked to the recently discovered motion-judgment scam. Also see my Feb. 6, '08 update.

Thus far, Gov. Beshear has not responded to [Our] initial Feb. 12, '08 letter, requesting an investigation into the motion-judgment scam, and other critical matters. Recall that the Governor campaigned on the promise of addressing corruption in Government.

Proof that the March 20, '08 Letter to Gov. Beshear and Justice Will T. Scott was served upon other governmental officials. They cannot say that they didn't know.
