SHOOTER UPDATE: Cassidy Was on Gov'mt's Radar, Too

May 26 San Jose, CA Shooter Samuel Cassidy. While detained in 2016, he told officials of his angry background. He killed 8 at the San Jose railway shooting. (PBS Newshour, May 27, 2021) His suicide is the same MO of the jihad killings in the Middle East, the same as most mass shootings in the U.S. It is critical that the shooter dies to shut down the trail of evidence to Gov'mt operatives. Americans must demand audits of FBI & Dept of Justice transactions, and others.

LTC is Public Menace; Notice of Insurance Scam Sent to WHAS-TV News.
The letter, below, to WHAS-TV News, introduces the longtime auto insurance fraud being committed by Louisville Transportation Company (LTC). Discovery of the scam arose in Cobble's civil action 11-ci-002752, when LTC subsidiary, Interlock Industries, continued to play hardball in settling a routinely simple April 5, 2011 accident claim. Interlock refused to pay fair-market value for Cobble's vehicle, even though LTC admitted fault. (Interlock processes accident claims for LTC)

Attached to the Letter, below, WHAS was given Cobble's Jan. 26, 2012 Response to Interlock's memorandum for motion for summary judgment. The Response explains the scam, with at least 16 accident claims filed in Court against LTC. -- The question now is: Will Judge Irv Maze attempt to continue to protect LTC when so many people are being injured?

This page has been updated to posting of the Feb. 13, 2012-filed Criminal Complaint on this fraud.
